CRESSBAR SPROUTING KIT is a simple, innovative and soil-less sprouting system. It is now so easy and clean to grow your own micro-greens all year around at your home. Just water the Cresspads once a day and see your seeds grow within 5-7 days. The organic seeds are embedded in organic cellulose pads (Cresspads) which avoid moulding. In 3 days the sprouts reach the lid cover of the CRESSBAR device. You can now take the lid off. In the next couple of days the sprouts grow to 2-2 ½ inches and are ready to eat. Once the Cresspad is fully harvested it can go into the compost.  CRESSBAR comes in 2 varieties: ORGANIC RADISH-CRESS and SANGO (red) RADISH CRESS.

Why should I eat SPROUTS

Raddish sprouts are full of vitamins. Research shows that Raddish sprouts may be even more effective than broccoli sprouts to prevent cancer.

Radish sprouts are rich in vitamin B6 and B9 (= folate or folic acid). Both Vitamin B6 and B9 may be beneficial for cardiovascular health as they break down homocysteine. This amino acid is responsible for atherosclerosis (fatty deposits in blood vessels).
